to the guesthouse "Uferperle" at the Lake Constance.
Our guesthouse is located in one of the nicest areas of the Lake Constance. In a town called Uhldingen, famous for its World Cultural Heritage stilt houses and opposite of the Flowerisland Mainau. Due to this outstanding location, the town centre, shipping pier, stilt houses and the public bathing beach/ lido are within walking distance.
Just a stone throw away are the town of Meersburg, Uberlingen and other beautiful sights. The shipping pier can get you anywhere you wish for at the Lake Constance.
Our Rooms
Our newly renovated, partly with lakeview, rooms are equipped with a shower, toilette, TV and WiFi. Functionally designed rooms with make your stay at our guesthouses as comfortable as possible.
Double room rates vary from 60,00 up to 70,00 €uro per person, prices excl. visitors`s tax.
Our holiday home
A highlight in our house is a beautiful, 80 m² sized, balconied attic flat with a great view at the Lake Constance, a big bathroom, generous living- and dining area and fitted kitchen. For prices and further information please feel welcome to contact us.

Two of the nicest tourist attractions, Stilt houses and Birnau, with its breathtaking view of the Lake Constance, are located in the town Uhldingen-Muhlhoffen.
Stilt houses
Stilt houses museum is an archaeological open-air museum on the Lake Constance in Unteruhldingen, consisting of reconstructions of stilt houses from the Neolithic Stone Age and Bronze Age.
Birnau
Birnau is one of the nicest baroque churches in south germany, and is a point of interest, with about 500.000 travelers visiting every year. It was built in 1746, high above the lake, by Peter Thumb and Josef Anton Feuchtmayer.
Uberlingen
If you like old castles then you have to visit Uberlingen, the imperial city with its beautiful half-timber houses or "Schloss Salem" ( Castle of Salem ) in Meersburg. All these places are easily reachable by car.
Flowerisland Mainau
Flowerisland Mainau, a must see, is visible from our guesthouse. After a short walk to the shipping pier in Unteruhldingen, you take the boat to get to the island. After your arrival, you can spend a wonderful time on the rose-scented with orchids loaded island. Or you can even visit the Butterfly-house with all its exotic butterflies.
For kids
If you want to make your children`s stay unforgettable, youe have to visit "Affenberg Salem", where you can watch and feed Barbary apes. Further more interesting sights in Constance are Sea life centre, with its fantastic underwater world "Ravensburger Theme Park" or the zeppelin museum in Friedrichshafen.
